There may be some new Flow templates added in the future, to find them, from Marketing Cloud, Flows > +New and search for Marketing in Search Automation. You should see the five following templates:

Some of these scenarios are triggered by a Form Submission, others by a Segment update, we could also easily adapt them by leveraging Trigger a reaction on click or open event. Those 5 scenarios are very starting points for standard B2B use-cases, which you should definitely have a looked at, as they gather a lot of best practices, among which:
