About Us

The Agentic Marketers group is the brainchild of four passionate consultants in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space: François Perret (founder), and Claudia Hoops, Erin Duncan, and Tammy Begley (co-leaders).

We created this community because we’ve seen first-hand the pace at which Salesforce is rolling out the new Marketing Cloud Next platforms—particularly Marketing Cloud Growth and Marketing Cloud Advanced. The speed of change is exciting, but it’s also overwhelming. Both customers and partners are struggling to keep up.

We know that the skillset required for these platforms is unlike anything Salesforce marketers have had to master before. The learning curve is steep. The products are so new that blogs, videos, and documentation are scarce, leaving many marketers without a clear path to learn, experiment, and succeed.

That’s why this group exists.
We want to create one space where marketers can:

• Access real, practical resources: how-to guides, videos, and community-built documentation 
• Learn together: asking questions, sharing experiments, and surfacing best practices 
• Bridge the gap between Salesforce’s pace of innovation and the ecosystem’s ability to adapt
